YK is an associate member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). He is a qualified company secretary under Section 235 of the Companies Act 2016 and has more than 10 years’ experience in the Malaysian Company Secretarial Practice.

He has been providing consultancy and corporate secretarial services to companies which include private limited companies, multinational companies and public companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

 

ALICIA LEE
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Alicia is an associate member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). She is a qualified company secretary under Section 235 of the Companies Act 2016.

With over 10 years of experience in business development, marketing and account management, Alicia has led and nurtured high performing sales and account management teams in business and corporate advisory consulting.

 

LIM XIAO CIAN
CO-FOUNDER & GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Ms Lim holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting from Multimedia University in Malaysia.

Ms Lim started her career in -Big 4 audit firm as audit associate. After having gained extensive experience in audit line, she started her own practice providing accounting and bookkeeping services and later, founding Servecorp Group.

 

NATHALLY LOO
ASSOCIATE PARTNER – HEAD OF CORPORATE SECRETARIAL

Nathally is an associate member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). She is a qualified company secretary under Section 235 of the Companies Act 2016.

Nathally started her secretarial career in one of the MNCs in Singapore. She has been providing consultancy and corporate secretarial services including advising on the Companies Act, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Corporate Governance.
